OnceChat（以下「本サービス」）は、高梨 航世（個人、以下「運営者」）が開発・運営するサービスです。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本サービスが収集する情報、その利用目的、および取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 運営者情報

2. 収集する情報と利用目的
本サービスが収集・保存する情報は以下のとおりです。

本サービスはパスワードを使用しません。認証はPasskey（WebAuthn）のみで行います。
3. メッセージの取り扱い
自動削除
すべてのメッセージは、送信から正確に24時間後に自動削除されます。既読の有無にかかわらず削除されます。 削除は送信者・受信者の双方から同時に行われます。削除済みメッセージの復元は行いません。
暗号化保存
メッセージはサーバー側で暗号化して保存されます（XSalsa20-Poly1305、KEK方式）。
重要な注記
本サービスのメッセージ暗号化は、エンドツーエンド暗号化（E2EE）ではありません。 鍵の管理はサーバー側で行っており、技術的には運営者がメッセージを復号することが可能です。 ただし、通常の運営においてメッセージ内容を閲覧することはありません。 また、すべてのメッセージは24時間以内に自動削除されます。
この点をご理解のうえ、ご利用ください。
4. Passkey（認証情報）の取り扱い
Passkey credential ID をデバイス認証のために保存します。指紋・顔認証等の生体情報は、 本サービスのサーバーには一切送信されません。生体情報の処理はお使いのデバイス上でのみ行われます（WebAuthn仕様）。
5. Cookie
本サービスは、以下のCookieを使用します。いずれもサービスの動作に必要なもので、トラッキングや広告の目的では使用しません。
- oc_session: ログイン状態を維持するための認証用Cookie。HttpOnly・Secure・SameSite=Strict。有効期限は発行から30日。 （ウェブ版でのみ使用。モバイルアプリはCookieではなく端末内の安全な領域に保存した認証トークンを使用します。）
- once-chat-lang: 選択した表示言語を保持するためのCookie。有効期限は1年。同じ値をブラウザのlocalStorageにも保存します。
6. アナリティクス
本サービスはウェブサイトの利用状況把握のため、Cloudflare Web Analytics を使用しています。 このツールはCookieを使用せず、IPアドレス等によって個人を特定しません。収集されるデータは集計情報のみです。
7. 第三者へのデータ提供
収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。ただし、サービス提供のために以下のインフラ事業者に データが保存・処理されます。これらの事業者はサービス提供の目的のみでデータを処理します。

法令に基づく開示請求があった場合、必要な範囲でデータを提供することがあります。
8. データの保存場所
ユーザーデータは主にシンガポール（データベース）および米国（アプリサーバー・CDN）のサーバーに保存されます。 日本国外にデータが転送・保存される点についてご了承のうえご利用ください。

10. アカウント削除時のデータ取り扱い
アカウントを削除した場合、以下のデータが削除されます:
- ハンドル（30日間は同じハンドルの新規登録不可）
- Passkey credential ID
- 友人関係
- 未削除のメッセージ
- プロフィール画像
- リカバリーコード（ハッシュ）
11. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します:
- 保有する個人情報の開示を求める権利
- 誤った情報の訂正を求める権利
- 個人情報の削除を求める権利（アプリ内のアカウント削除機能、または support@oncechat.app までご連絡ください）
EUにお住まいのユーザーへ — GDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）に基づく追加の権利（データポータビリティ、処理の制限等）を有する場合があります。 また、ご自身のデータがEU/EEA域外（シンガポール・米国）で処理されることにご注意ください。 権利の行使は support@oncechat.app までご連絡ください。
12. 広告
現在、本サービスに広告は掲載されておらず、広告目的でのデータ収集・第三者提供は行っておりません。 将来的に広告を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新のうえ事前にご案内します。
13. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方のご利用が確認された場合、アカウントを削除します。
14. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、変更内容をサービス上で告知します。重要な変更の場合は効力発生日前に告知します。
15. 外部送信について（外部送信規律に基づく公表）
電気通信事業法に基づき、本サービスが利用者の端末に保存された情報を外部へ送信する場合の、 送信先・送信される情報・利用目的を以下のとおり公表します。 本サービスは、広告の表示や第三者によるトラッキングを目的とした情報の送信を一切行いません。

16. 準拠法・管轄
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。本ポリシーに関する紛争については、 東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Privacy Policy

OnceChat (the “Service”) is independently developed and operated by Kosei Takanashi (the “Operator”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is handled.

The Service does not use passwords. Authentication is handled exclusively via Passkey (WebAuthn).
3. Message Handling
Automatic Deletion
All messages are automatically deleted exactly 24 hours after sending, regardless of read status. Deletion is simultaneous for both sender and receiver. Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
Encrypted Storage
Messages are stored encrypted on the server (XSalsa20-Poly1305, KEK scheme).
Important Notice
Message encryption in this Service is not end-to-end encryption (E2EE). Encryption keys are managed server-side, which means it is technically possible for the Operator to decrypt messages. However, the Operator does not read message content in the course of normal operations. All messages are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Please be aware of this when using the Service.
4. Passkey Authentication
We store Passkey credential IDs for device authentication. Biometric data (fingerprints, face data, etc.) is never transmitted to our servers — it is processed only on your device, per the WebAuthn specification.
5. Cookies
This service uses the following cookies. All are necessary for the service to function and are never used for tracking or advertising.
- oc_session: Authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Expires 30 days after issuance. (Web only. The mobile app uses an authentication token stored in the device's secure storage instead of cookies.)
- once-chat-lang: Cookie that remembers your selected display language. Expires after 1 year. The same value is also stored in the browser's localStorage.
6. Analytics
The Service uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. This tool does not use cookies and does not identify individuals by IP address. Only aggregate data is collected.
7. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data is stored and processed by the following infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of delivering the Service:

We may disclose data when required by applicable law.
8. Data Storage Locations
User data is primarily stored in Singapore (database) and the United States (application server, CDN). By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored outside your country of residence.

10. Account Deletion
When you delete your account, the following is deleted:
- Your handle (cannot be re-registered for 30 days)
- Passkey credential ID
- Friend relationships
- Remaining messages
- Profile image
- Recovery code hash
11. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion (use the in-app account deletion feature or contact support@oncechat.app)
For EU residents — You may have additional rights under the GDPR (data portability, right to restrict processing, etc.). Note that your data is processed outside the EU/EEA (Singapore, USA). To exercise your rights, contact support@oncechat.app.
12. Advertising
The Service currently carries no advertising and does not collect or share data for advertising purposes. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated with advance notice.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account.
14. Changes
Changes to this policy will be announced through the Service. For material changes, notice will be provided before the effective date.
15. External Transmission of Information
In accordance with Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, we disclose below the destinations, information transmitted, and purposes when this service transmits information stored on the user's device to external parties. This service does not transmit any information for the purpose of advertising or third-party tracking.

16. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
