利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、高梨 航世（個人、以下「運営者」）が提供する OnceChat（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの概要

OnceChat は、友人と1日1通のテキストメッセージを交換するサービスです。

  • 1つのフレンドシップにつき1日1通（送信者のタイムゾーンの暦日ベース、0時リセット）
  • メッセージは送信から24時間後に自動削除
  • テキストのみ（画像・ファイルの送受信は非対応）
  • Passkey（パスキー）による認証（パスワード不使用）

2. 利用条件

本サービスは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。

本サービスは個人利用を目的としており、商業目的・組織目的での利用は想定しておりません。

3. アカウント

  • アカウントはPasskeyおよびリカバリーコードで管理されます。
  • Passkeyおよびリカバリーコードの管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。
  • リカバリーコードを紛失し、かつPasskeyデバイスへのアクセスを失った場合、 アカウントへのアクセスを回復することはできません。この場合のデータ損失について、運営者は責任を負いません。
  • 1人1アカウントとします。なりすましを目的とした複数アカウントの作成を禁止します。

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します:

  • 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、脅迫、誹謗中傷
  • 差別的・ヘイト的な内容の送信・投稿
  • わいせつ・ポルノ的、または過度に暴力的なコンテンツの送信・投稿
  • 他者の著作権・肖像権・プライバシーその他の権利を侵害するコンテンツの送信・投稿
  • 違法なコンテンツの送信（児童性的虐待コンテンツ等を含む）
  • 他者へのなりすまし（混同させる意図でのハンドルの使用を含む）
  • スパムまたは商業目的のメッセージ送信
  • 本サービスのシステムへの不正アクセス・妨害行為
  • 他のユーザーの個人情報の無断収集・利用
  • 日本法またはご利用の国・地域の法令に違反するいかなる行為

上記の禁止事項は、メッセージ本文のほか、プロフィール画像・表示名・自己紹介文など、 ユーザーが本サービス上に投稿・設定するすべてのコンテンツ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）に適用されます。

5. ユーザーコンテンツと通報・モデレーション

  • ユーザーコンテンツ（プロフィール画像を含む）の内容についての責任は、 投稿したユーザーが負います。
  • 運営者は、本規約に違反するユーザーコンテンツ（わいせつ、暴力的、差別的、 または他者の権利を侵害するもの等）を確認した場合、予告なく当該コンテンツを削除し、投稿したユーザーのアカウントを停止または削除することができます。
  • 不適切なコンテンツを見つけた場合は、アプリ内の通報機能、または support@oncechat.app への連絡により通報できます。運営者は通報を受けた場合、速やかに内容を確認し、必要な措置を講じます。
  • ユーザーは、アプリ内の機能により他のユーザーをブロックし、以後のやり取りを遮断することができます。

6. メッセージについて

  • メッセージは送信から24時間後に自動削除されます。 削除前のスクリーンショット等はお客様自身の判断と責任において行ってください。
  • 削除されたメッセージの復元は、いかなる場合も行いません。
  • 運営者はメッセージ内容を通常業務として閲覧・監視することはありませんが、 法令に基づく正当な開示請求等に応じる場合があります。

7. 有料プラン（OnceChat Plus）

  • 本サービスは、任意の有料プラン「OnceChat Plus」を提供します。 価格・特典の内容はアプリ内の表示に従います。
  • OnceChat Plus は、Apple App Store の In-App Purchase による自動更新サブスクリプションです。 期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り自動的に更新され、Apple ID に課金されます。
  • 解約は iOS の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。 解約後も、現在の請求期間の終了までは特典を利用できます。
  • 返金は Apple の返金ポリシーに準拠します。詳細は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご覧ください。

8. サービスの変更・停止

本サービスはMVP（初期リリース）段階にあります。機能の変更・追加・削除、またはサービスの 一時停止・終了を予告なく行う場合があります。これによりユーザーが損害を被った場合でも、 運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

9. 免責事項

本サービスは現状有姿（“as is”）で提供され、以下について保証しません:

  • サービスの継続的・無中断な提供
  • データの永続的な保存（メッセージは24時間で削除。その他のデータも、 サービス終了時に失われる可能性があります）
  • 第三者による不正アクセスが生じた場合のデータの完全な安全性 （ただし、合理的なセキュリティ対策を実施しています）

運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害を除き、本サービスの利用に起因する損害について 賠償責任を負いません。

10. 知的財産

本サービスのロゴ、デザイン、ソースコードは運営者に帰属します。 ユーザーが送信したメッセージの著作権はユーザーに帰属しますが、本サービス上では24時間後に削除されます。

11. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合、変更内容をサービス上で告知します。重要な変更は効力発生日前に告知します。 変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、 東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OnceChat (the “Service”), operated by Kosei Takanashi(“Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What OnceChat Is

OnceChat is a service for exchanging one text message per day with friends.

  • One message per friendship per day (based on sender's local calendar day; resets at midnight in the sender's timezone)
  • Messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after sending
  • Text only — image and file attachments are not supported
  • Authentication via Passkey — no passwords

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.

The Service is for personal use only. Commercial or organizational use is not supported.

3. Your Account

  • Your account is secured by your Passkey and a recovery code.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Passkey and recovery code safe.
  • If you lose your recovery code and lose access to your Passkey device, your account cannot be recovered. The Operator is not liable for data loss in this case.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to impersonate others is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users
  • Send or post discriminatory or hateful content
  • Send or post obscene, pornographic, or gratuitously violent content
  • Send or post content that infringes others' copyrights, likeness rights, privacy, or other rights
  • Send illegal content (including child sexual abuse material)
  • Impersonate others or use a handle intended to deceive
  • Send spam or messages for commercial purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to or disruption of the Service
  • Collect other users' personal information without consent
  • Violate any applicable laws in Japan or your jurisdiction

These prohibitions apply to all content you post or set on the Service (“User Content”), including messages, profile images, display names, and bios.

5. User Content, Reporting & Moderation

  • You are responsible for the User Content you post, including your profile image.
  • If the Operator finds User Content that violates these Terms (obscene, violent, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content, etc.), the Operator may remove the content and suspend or terminate the posting user's account without prior notice.
  • If you encounter objectionable content, you can report it via the in-app report feature or by contacting support@oncechat.app. The Operator will review reports promptly and take necessary action.
  • You can block other users from within the app to cut off further interaction.

6. Messages

  • Messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after sending. Screenshots or other records made before deletion are your own responsibility.
  • Deleted messages cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
  • The Operator does not routinely monitor message content, but may disclose information in response to valid legal requests.

7. Paid Plan (OnceChat Plus)

  • The Service offers an optional paid plan, OnceChat Plus. Prices and benefits are as displayed in the app.
  • OnceChat Plus is an auto-renewing subscription provided through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. It renews automatically and is charged to your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can cancel anytime from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. See the Commercial Disclosure for details.

8. Service Changes and Availability

The Service is in an early release stage. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service as a whole without notice. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages resulting from such changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Permanent data storage (messages are deleted after 24 hours; other data may be lost if the Service is discontinued)
  • Complete protection against unauthorized third-party access (though we implement reasonable security measures)

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service's logo, design, and source code belong to the Operator. You retain copyright in the messages you send; they are deleted from the Service after 24 hours.

11. Changes to These Terms

Changes to these Terms will be announced through the Service. For material changes, notice will be provided before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
